A: All of our products are directly from the factory,all of them are with good quality and original package.They are highly praise by the customers.As the product are directly from factory and they just not register,so they don?? need to pay any tax,so the price willl be much more lower than the original ones,but the quality are same with the original .

A: You will not be charged for sales tax. You may be charged more by the credit card organization and card issuing bank,they will surcharge Cross-border fees & the License fees
Q: What is the process if i buy your Products?
A: Please see the 5 simple steps.
1. Pick up the model you liked, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, color etc. then add the items to your cart.
2. When you want to checkout, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page.
3. Fill all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages.
4. Review your order information before submitting, to verify all information is correct make sure you can get the total order.
5. We will ship your item(s) in 48 hours after the payment went through.
Q: How do I know if you have shipped my order?
A: After we shipped your order, we will send you the tracking number, you can track your order online, which will show you where your order is.
Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: All orders will be shipped out within 1-2 days depending upon the time of your order submission. All orders are shipped via UPS Monday - Friday. PO Box addresses will receive orders via the US Postal service.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: UPS Select orders should be received within 5-7 business days ( West Coast 6-8 business days ) from the time of your order.UPS Ground orders should be received within 7-9 business days from the time of your order.
Q: What can I do if my product is faulty on arrival?
A: We take great care to ensure your goods reach you in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event,we will do the exchange for you,
Q: Can I exchange or cancel an order?
A: when order was placed, we are generally unable to change or cancel it. The order is automatically processed as soon as you press "check out". You may contact us by helponline@live.com, if you want to make a change. However,we cannot guarantee your order will be changed. For we just send your order after you ordered it in several hours. So,please contact us in this condition.
Q: What can I do if the payment can not be accept?
A: The payment can not be accept, because issuing bank thought there was risk with the transaction,in this condition,you can you re-place an order (it's better that use another credit card).
